Porcelain & Kintsugi Butterflies Swallowtail Shirt - PENDING SALE
Size S
$160 USD
My parents are potters, so I wanted to include pieces inspired by Chinese porcelain and Japanese kintsugi in my first collection. I started by cyanotype dyeing a variety of Chinese papercuts, and built outwards from there. I based the deep “v” neckline of this shirt, which is mirrored in the front and the back, on the elegant tail of the Chinese house swallow, symbols of good fortune. The cropped-design is perfect for warmer weather, and the shirt is fully reversible.
This piece is fully lined.
